RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because all Joyful Objects products are printed on demand especially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size choices.

We do however take full responsibility for defective or damaged products. If your order arrives damaged or with a print defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at hi(at)phyllistulaszewski.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement immediately. No need to return the damaged item.

Please note: Colours may vary slightly between screen and print. This is normal and not considered a defect.
