Nothing makes you feel as good as a good night of deep sleep, right?
But often we want to sleep but that deep sleep doesn't want us it seems 🤷♀️😳
And finally I figured out a very effective and affordable way for better sleep - and it is so simple that you wont't believe it!
2 - 4 pieces of dark chocolate are my sleep cure! Eaten in the evening and I sleep for hours without ever waking up. Must be the magnesium calming down my nervous system and that bit of sugar filling up the glycogen stores so the liver can convert inactive T4 thyroid hormones into active T3 thyroid hormones 🤓
OK enough "nutritional nerding" from my side.
If you wanna sleep well, then eat that dark chocolate. Maybe don't go overboard with it and make it your dinner but as a small bedtime snack before going to sleep, it will totally do the trick!
