You remember your childhood days and your dreams that you had when you were growing up?
You remember what made you happy as a kid?
The more I become my true authentic self, the more I realize, that what sparked joy for me as a kid, those are still the same things making me happy as an adult.
1.) farms
2.) animals
3.) outdoor time in nature
4.) drawing and painting
5.) traveling
6.) summer days at the pool and eating French fries there 🍟
7.) cooking and baking
8.) ballet
9.) autodidactic learning
Just to name a few here.
I believe the more we find ourselves again - we became a version that we created to fit in society - the more we get back to the things that our “mini me” was truly excited about!
What's your "mini me' dreaming about and what's bringing joy for your "mini me"?
Maybe writing your own list - like I did here - could be a gentle reminder for you to go for more for what made you happy as a kid and what still makes you happy today as an adult.
