I'm sure you know the feeling of overwhelm. Sometimes getting stuff done seems a bit hard, right?
But but but...
It can get a whole lot easier through forming new habits and creating systems.
Because honestly, most of us run on autopilot anyways.
Do something for 40 days, form a new habit and you get stuff done on autopilot without even wasting one thought about getting stuff done or not.
It really works, I promise.
Start with one thing at a time and once this new habit is incorporated in your system, then you can move on to the next new habit you wanna form.
First of all you gotta figure out which habits do the trick for you. And then you start implementing them into your daily life!
Just sharing here with you what my non-negotiable daily morning habits are:
1.) writing 750 words
2.) oil pulling with coconut oil (15 minutes, I do that while writing my 750 words)
3.) red light therapy
4.) a short 12 minute meditation
Those habits set me up for the day and assure that I have a good start right after getting up!
And now I ask you! You already figured out habits / systems that help you to start your day in the best possible way? If so, hit reply and share with me.
If not, then my little list maybe serves as inspiration for you.
xoxo - Phyllis
P.S. do you feel about morning habits / systems that they are a great way to give you the right amount of morning boost to start your day in the best possible way? That's the way I feel - without my autopilot morning habits, I'd feel like starting my day with chaos.
