the power of inner peace

Yes, inner peace doesn't sound as buzz-wordy as for example that wellness bubble bath with a glass of wine - but IMHO inner peace is the ultimate wellness hack.

With a calm mind - which I equate to inner peace - life is just a whole lot easier, am I right?

I believe the things giving us inner peace might be a different story for each one of us but some things should work for pretty much everyone.

Just to name a few:

1.) a night of good sleep

2.) eating nourishing food throughout the day to balance blood sugar and to get vital nutrients in

3.) moving your body in the form of doing a workout or taking a walk in nature

4.) a hobby that calms your mind

I guess those activities pretty much do the job for everyone and anything else can be fine-tuned!

Oh, and being left alone also helps.

I mean the form of being left alone that nobody is getting on your nerves with annoying stuff!!!

Like let's say for example your government taxing you into oblivion, your neighbor deciding to renovate the house at 8 am on a Sunday morning with a lot of noise, you leaving the house and it decides to rain in that minute you're heading out - those kinda things🤷♀️😳

Oh, and what helps me to feel some inner peace is living with a cat. They're cute and they can calm down an unbalanced nervous system. I mean nothing beats a purring cat sitting on your lap whenever you're having a bad day.

And now I ask you. Inner peace, does it come easily to you or is it a real struggle to get there?

Hit reply and let me know!

P.S. inner peace is something that seems to come easily to some people while others might have to put a bit more work into getting into that awesome zone. I find doing something with my hands is helpful to to get into that state. Like cooking a delicious meal or baking a cake. And I know many say gardening does the trick!
